The weekend has come and gone…way too fast, probably because we had a fairly eventful weekend. My husband was out of town for a bachelor party, so it was just me and the boys. Although we missed him, we kept ourselves pretty busy. We started off Saturday morning by supporting a very dear friend in the March of Dimes walk. This is a great organization that we love to support. The proceeds help fund research to prevent premature births, birth defects and infant mortality among many other things. March of Dimes does a great job making this a fun and friendly event for all families. We were in good company, so the walk seemed super short. Later that day I decided to spend a little quality time with Wyatt, my four-year-old while my mom watched the little one. We spent the afternoon shopping and even rode a ferris wheel at one of our department stores – I was the only one scared. Holy crap, it’s scary! We topped off our day with ice cream. I don’t think it could have gone any better.
Sunday was a little more calm. We spent most of the day just relaxing and playing. I also wanted to share with you another look that I have been loving lately. A few items are unfortunately unavailable, but I linked similar/ newer versions of the same style. I also found a nice brick wall to stand in front off… so that’s cool. Here I am wearing black jeans with a few rips, a black and white striped tee with a gold zipper detail, Zara nude heels and a simple gray cardi from Target that is made of the softest and stretchiest material.

Here’s to a great week ahead!
