Today I am sharing a quick and easy go to look as well as my fall/winter favorites for both men and women. It seems as though winter is much closer than I had hoped. The temps are quickly falling and I find myself adding more and more layers every day.
Cropped and ankle length jeans are my go-to and with the cooler weather, it makes it that much more difficult to wear them without my feet wanting to freeze off. A quick and easy solution is…sock boots. They are all the rage right now (velvet in particularly) and because they are so popular, you can find them virtually everywhere. I picked up these blue velvet sock boots from Target because I accidentally stumbled upon them. Who would have thought that one would ever buy anything other than what they intentionally came there to buy. Amiright or amiright? They fit great, but I did have to go up half a size.
I think that all of these items below are great for both fall and winter or would even make great gifts for someone. I own some of the pieces and the others I want to get my hands on. One of the items I can strongly recommend are the Vince Camuto over the knee boots. Last year I bought my first pair in a brownish color (see post here + here) and knew that I had to have a pair in black as well. I wasn’t sure if I would originally like them on me since I am kinda short, but surprisingly I really love the look. Anyone can truly pull them off. They even make them in wide calf option. Currently, they are 33% off, so you might need to act fast cause these babies are hot.
I selected some of my favorite mens wear items that I think are not only stylish but are also simple and basic. I love jogger pants for both dudes and girls. Paired with a nice pair of tennis shoes gives off a sporty and casual vibe. I am also really loving the colored chinos from Bonobos, slightly rolled up with some nice quality high top shoes. Perfection!
The crossover bag would also make a great gift because it has the monogram option. The bag also comes in several color to choose from.
What are your favorite items that you are loving this fall or winter?
