A good facial nighttime routine is crucial in keeping your skin looking healthy. It is extremely rare that I go to sleep with a full face of makeup on. No matter how tired I am, I will always make it a point to properly wash my face every single night. Here I am sharing some items that have been my holy grail for close to a year now.
I came across the Acure line of products when I was perusing the aisles of Whole Foods one day. I had actually heard about their facial cleanser a while ago but didn’t actually decide to try it until I noticed it on the shelf. I am not an advocate for all organic products by any means, but I do prefer it if possible. Everything in these products are food grade ingredients and are paraben free, vegan, synthetic fragrance-free, silicone free, phthalate free and gluten free.
The cleanser washes away dirt and oil as well as removes makeup to leave your skin feeling clean and refreshed. I love this stuff! It gets my non-waterproof mascara off easily so I don’t even need to use makeup remover. I will then use one pump of the Moroccan argan oil by patting it all over my face and neck. I let it soak in for a minute before I go in with my Lancome eye and face cream. I have actually tried the Acure night cream before, but I didn’t care for it much because it left my skin feeling dry. In the winter months my skin is super dry, so the more moisture, the better.
This Lancome line, specifically Renergie Lift Multi-Action Night is new to me as of a few months ago, I have loved and used other Lancome facial products, but wanted to venture out and try something new. I really love this stuff. This product is not all natural, but it does deliver great results. It’s non-comedogenic, non-acnegenic and dermatologist tested for safety, so I guess that’s something. It also lifts, firms and tightens. My overly dry skin has felt nourished and moisturized since I started using this product. The eye cream is great too because I have noticed similar results. The fine lines have become less visible and my skin elasticity has improved.
The Acure face mask has been another product that I have been loving. I use it about once a week. I apply it to a clean face and just let it sit for about 10 minutes, wash away and voila…the skin feels smooth and refreshed.
Acure also makes a great line for babies and kids, I use them on my boys all the time. Here is the link to that post.
I would love to hear what products you love and use a lot. I’m all about trying new things!
