I am not big on New Year’s resolutions, but I do try to make smarter choices. I constantly have to remind myself to drink more water. I seem to forget and get carried away with my day. The last few years I have been pretty inconsistent with my workouts. Now as I am getting older, staying healthy is something that I am taking more seriously.
Sometimes getting motivated can be as simple as adding some new workout gear to your collection. The best kinds are the ones where you can take your workout from gym to street. I am sharing my top picks that don’t necessarily need to be worn while working out. Sometimes you just want to put on a cute pair of leggings and go about your day. But if you can do it all in the same outfit, well, then that’s pretty darn good? amiright?
